Day at the LA Fair
After lunch.. Paul, Mom, Sienna and I headed on down to the LA Fair.. it was hot at first, but then cooled down to a nice temp when the sun went down.. We all had so much fun.. great food.. and fun shopping! awww.. Sienna's first fair!
Margaritas and Breastmilk
Mom and I started the day at the Salon.. getting our hair done with Amanda,, lover her! Then Paul picked us up, and we went to lunch at El Cholo's in Whittier.. supper yummmmy! (Chelle, you gotta take Kyle, and get him the yellow corn/chili tamale, supper yummy, the corn masa is sweet like the sweet corn dish he likes, i loved it!)
P.S. the margarita wasn't mine.. i just thought it would make a fun picture to put in Sienna's book.. "Mom drinking a margarita while feeding Sienna"!!
gIRLS NIGHT OUT!!
Man.. it was soooo nice to get out! Amy and I went to dinner and dancing, we went to Montanas in San Dimas.. back to our roots!! We had an absolute blast.. we closed the place down, getting home at 2:30 in the morning!! (this is where i thank Paul for being the great husband he is, and taking care of little Sienna while Mom got out and got her groove on!!)

Day at the park
This was Sienna's first trip to the park... she loved it! She just chilled and laid around.. i think she liked the cool breeze, the fresh air, and all the attention!! It was a beautiful day.. and i'm so glad we got to enjoy it outdoors.

Awesome Concert
Paul took me to an amzing concert last Friday.. the bands playing where Augustana, Counting Crows, and Maroon 5. Every band was amazing.. and super talanted.. there wasn't a dull moment, it was one great song after another.. we had a fantastic time.. plus it was nice to have a night out! We double dated with my brother in law John and my sister in law Linda.. they are so much fun to hang out with! it was chalked up to a super duper amzingly fantastic night!
p.s. if you haven't heard of any of the bands that i saw.. you should really check them out.. i love love love every one :)

Sienna is 7 weeks old

Wow.. its been 7 weeks.. seems like yesturday, yet at the same time, when i think about labor feels like a lifetime ago (which is good!)
So.. whats new with Sienna u ask??.. well, not too much.
lets see.. She is now sleeping in her crib, in her own room now.. she seems to love it.. she actually sleeps longer now, and seems more comfy.. i think she likes the firmer mattress... before she was in our room in a pack n play bassinet.
umm.. she is now making noises, and reacting to specific noises and voices. she loves hearing her mommy and daddy speak.. she moves her arms and legs rapidly, and coo's... so cute! she still loooves her activity mat, she plays in it many times a day.. she now grabs the hanging animals, specifically the striped zebra that rattles. i love playing with her! and obviously i take her picture, like every second.. well, maybe not every second.. more like hourly!!!! i don't wanna miss a thing!!

WOW.. IT'S BEEN 6 WEEKS
I KNOW.. I KNOW.. ITS BEEN FOREVER SINCE I LAST BLOGGED. I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHY IT HAS TAKEN ME SO LONG.. I GUESS BECAUSE I DON'T THINK ANYONE ACTUALLY LOOKS AT THIS THING EXCEPT MAYBE LARISSA AND CHELLE.. AND I TALK TO THEM ALL THE TIME! OH WELL.. I'M GONNA TRY TO MAYBE MAKE MORE OF AN EFFORT.. BUT NOW I FEEL LIKE I HAVE ALOT OF CATCHING UP TO DO! RIGHT NOW ITS 530 IN THE MORNING.. MY CHILD IS LAYING IN HER ACTIVITY MAT, MAKING A BUNCH OF NOISE, AND I AM WRITING THIS BLOG HALF ASLEEP.
I GUESS I CAN GIVE YOU A QUICK CATCH UP ON WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE LAST LIKE 2 MONTHS SINCE I LAST BLOGGED.
~ HAD A BABY.. SIENNA LEE. 7 LB. 6 OZ. 19 1/2 INCHES LONG. BORN JULY 21ST. CUTE AS CAN BE.. BUT I'M HER MOM.. I CAN SAY THAT!
~ UMM.. THATS IT I THINK! I MUST SAY.. I MISS MY 10 HOURS OF SLEEP A NIGHT!! BUT LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.. AND ALL THE SLEEP DEPRIVATION (WHICH REALLY ISN'T AS BAD AS I'M MAKING IT OUT!) IS ALL WORTH IT WHEN I SEE SIENNA SMILE.. IT MAKES MY DAY :)
MY INTENTION IS TO MAKE A SLIDESHOW.. CATCHING UP ON HER LITTLE 6 WEEK LIFE SPAN.. BUT FOR NOW I WILL INCLUDE ONE OF MY RECENT FAVORIE PICS... CIAO!
